Shipping and Returns

Root Bites collaborates with multiple courier partners for shipping across India. We only have standard shipping available at the moment. Depending on the location, it takes 2-9 days to be delivered. We accept orders only from India.

Due to COVID, there might be some operational challenges in shipping of orders. Root Bites reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of order. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Root Bites reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will initiate a complete refund within 7 Working days. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
